Taylor has extensive experience representing both individuals and entities in a variety of matters. In her role with JCJC Law, Taylor assists builders and homeowners in residential contract, real estate, and construction litigation and transactional matters. She also maintains an active appellate practice concerning a wide variety of clients and matters, including drafting state supreme and federal circuit court-level briefs. Taylor’s pro bono work includes advocacy on behalf of immigrant rights organizations.
A University of Texas at Austin and St. Mary’s University Law graduate, Taylor has been licensed and practicing law for a decade. Her prior career experience includes complex commercial disputes, personal injury defense, heavy-highway construction disputes, commercial premises liability, wrongful death and survival, defamation/business disparagement, and litigating affirmative declaratory judgment actions.
